急性心绞痛患者120例临床治疗效果分析

Objective:To analyze of clinical treatment methods and results of patients with acute angina pectoris.Methods:120 patients with acute angina pectoris were selected.They were divided into two groups,each of 60 cases.The control group was treated with basic therapy;the experimental group was treated with clopidogrel on the basis of the therapy.The effect of statistical treatment was compared.Results:The patients in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The clinical effect of clopidogrel in the treatment of patients with acute angina pectoris is significant,which can reduce the number of episodes of angina pectoris.%目的：分析急性心绞痛患者的临床治疗方法和效果。方法：收治急性心绞痛患者120例，分两组，各60例，对照组实施基础疗法；试验组于基础疗法上加用氯吡格雷药物，统计疾病治疗效果。结果：试验组疾病好转率高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：临床于急性心绞痛患者基础治疗中加用氯吡格雷药物作用显著，可减少心绞痛发作次数。
