高台县老年人群接种流感疫苗免疫效果评价及医疗费用分析

摘要

目的：评价和分析流感疫苗对老年人群的免疫效果和效益。方法随机选取高台县540名年龄≥60岁流感疫苗接种者作为接种组观察对象。同时抽取年龄、性别、职业、健康状况与接种组相匹配的540名未接种过流感疫苗的老年人群作为对照组，在基线调查的基础上，分别对流感疫苗接种后的第1、3、6个月进行统一的问卷调查。结果接种组流感样疾病（ILI）的发病率和就诊率低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论接种流感疫苗能有效提高老年人群对流感样疾病的保护率，并降低老年人因流感样疾病及其相关慢性疾病的医疗费用。%Objective To evaluate and analyze the immune effect and benefit of influenza vaccine for the elderly population.Methods Randomly selected in gaotai county 540 aged≥60 or over influenza vaccination as vaccination groups. Also selected age,sex,occupation,health status and inoculation group matched 540 without inoculation of influenza vaccine in older age groups as control group,in the baseline survey based,respectively on the 1, 3,6 month after influenza vaccination were unified questionnaires.Results The incidence of influenza like disease(ILI)in the vaccinated group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion Influenza vaccination can effectively improve the protection of influenza like disease in old age,and reduce the medical expenses for the elderly due to influenza like disease and its related chronic diseases.
