导管监测小组采用持续质量改进在优化PICCO置管患者护理中的作用

摘要

Objective To explore the role of the catheter monitoring group optimize nursing quality of intensive care unite PICCO catheter monitoring by continuous quality improvement.MethodsSeventy-seven patients with PICCO catheter monitoring were recruited by convenience sampling method in the first hospital of jining,we colected 36 patients as control group from January to December in 2011,and 36 patients as experimental group from January to December in 2012,the control group given routine nursing care,while the experimental group implied continuous quality improvement.Results The experimental group’s catheter infection,catheter function defective rate and degree of anxiety in patients were lower than the control group(P< 0.05),the success rate of rescue,catheter recognition and nursing satisfaction were higher than control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion Continuous quality improvement can reduce the incidence of catheter related complications,relieve patients' negative mood,improve the quality of nursing.%目的：探讨导管监测小组采用持续质量改进在优化重症医学科PICCO导管监测患者护理质量中的作用。方法采用便利取样法，选取在济宁市第一人民医院行PICCO导管监测的患者72例为研究对象，将2011年1～12月收集的36例患者作为对照组，2012年1～12月收集的36例患者作为实验组，对照组给予常规护理，实验组在此基础上实行持续质量改进。结果实验组导管感染率、导管功能不良率及患者焦虑程度低于对照组（P<0.05），其抢救成功率、导管认可度及护理满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论持续质量改进可降低导管相关并发症发生率，缓解患者负性情绪，提高护理质量。
