分层次管理法在临床护理管理中的综合应用效果评价

         

摘要

Objective To hierarchical management to evaluate the application effect in the clinical nursing management.Methods From our hospital nursing staff,72 cases as the research object,using random indicator method,72 cases of nursing staff were randomly divided into control group and routine group in the two groups,each group of 36 cases of nursing staff. Control group adopts hierarchical management model for management,manage routine group take regular management mode,compared two groups of clinical nursing management of comprehensive application effect.ResultsControl group nursing staff speaking ability and professional knowledge score was significantly higher than that of conventional group,level of patients to nursing satisfaction score significantly higher than that of conventional group,level of groups of doctors to nurses' cooperation degree score also significantly higher than that of normal group,two groups compared differences statistically significant (P< 0.05).Conclusion Hierarchical management used in the clinical nursing management,can make the commitment of patients to nursing work,effectively cooperate with doctors,to provide more high quality nursing service for patients,so as to improve developing relationship, enhance the image of the hospital.%目的:对分层次管理法在临床护理管理中的综合应用效果进行评价。方法从本院选取护理人员72例作为研究对象,采用随机数表法,将72例护理人员随机分为对照组和常规组两组,每组护理人员36例。对照组采用分层次的管理模式进行管理,常规组采取常规管理模式进行管理,对比两组临床护理管理的综合应用效果。结果对照组护理人员实操能力和专业知识评分要高于常规组,对照组患者对护理的满意度评分要高于常规组,对照组医生对护理人员的配合度评分也要高于常规组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分层次管理法应用于临床护理管理中,能够使患者全身心的投入到护理工作中去,从而有效的配合医生,为患者提供更优质的护理服务,从而改善患护关系,提高医院形象。
