妊娠合并心脏病对于母婴预后的影响分析

Objective Impact of pregnancy complicated with heart disease on prognosis of maternal and children is to be studied. Methods Reviewed and analyze clinical treatment data selected from 43 patients of pregnancy complicated with heart disease who were treated in hospital from March 2014 to January 2015,and then summarized impact of pregnancy complicated with heart disease on prognosis of maternal and children. Results Congenital heart disease was common in pregnancy complicated with heart disease,there were two cases of perinatal death and there was a differential of impact on maternal and child prognosis between patients graded with Ⅰ~Ⅱ cardiac function and patients graded with Ⅲ~Ⅳ cardiac function and such a differential has statistic value(P<0.05).Conclusion Pregnancy complicated with heart disease is harmful to mothers and children’s health,therefore, it is suggested to strengthen pre-pregnancy check for women of childbearing age and cure pregnant women of heart disease with timely surgical treatment in order to relieve patients’heart function and improve prognosis of pregnant women and children with pregnancy complicated with heart disease.%目的：分析妊娠合并心脏病对母婴预后的影响。方法选取于2014年3月～2015年1月期间在我院接受治疗的43例妊娠合并心脏病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，对妊娠合并心脏病对母婴预后的影响进行分析总结。结果先天性心脏病在妊娠合并心脏病患者中最为常见，出现2例围产儿死亡；心功能Ⅰ～Ⅱ级患者对母婴预后的影响与心功能Ⅲ～Ⅳ级患者比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论妊娠合并心脏病对母婴的危害较大，应加强对孕龄妇女的孕前检查，对妊娠合并心脏病的患者及时采用手术进行治疗，尽量缓解患者的心功能，不断改善妊娠合并心脏病的母婴预后。
