集束化护理在老年高血压脑出血术后肺部感染中的应用

摘要

Objective To analyze the value of Cluster Bundled Nursing(CBN)in pulmaonary infection after hypertension cerebral hemorrhage surgery in elderly patients. Methods Randomly divided 82 cases into control group and experimental group,the control group was nursed by routine methods, experimental group was nursed by CBN,compared the pulmaonary infection period,tracheal catheter period. Results The pulmaonary infection period,tracheal catheter period of experimental group were much shorter than that of control group,the death rate of experimental group was much lower than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Adopting CBN in elder pulmaonary infection after hypertension cerebral hemorrhage surgery can relieve the symptoms,reduce the death rate.%目的：对集束化护理在老年高血压脑出血术后肺部感染中的应用价值进行分析。方法将我院82例患者随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组行常规护理干预，观察组患者行集束化护理，对比两组患者的肺部感染时间、气管置管时间、病死率等。结果观察组患者的肺部感染时间、置管时间、住ICU时间短于对照组，且病死率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论对老年高血压脑出血术后肺部感染采用集束化护理有利于缓解患者的临床症状，降低病死率。
