Objective To study the infection status of operation room nursing after analysis of specification using joint replacement operation. Methods In our hospital were retrospectively analyzed in 246 cases receiving joint replacement patients in operation room nursing standard, discusses its operation infection.ResultsAll patients have not appeared infection, clinical treatment effect is prominent. Specification for operation room nursing can make the infection rate of joint replacement surgery under control.Conclusion The related factors of joint replacement operation infection and operation room in close contact, through the adoption of standardized operation room nursing, can manage these factors, reduce the probability of operation infection. Standard management of operation room nursing is the indispensable content, can enhance the image of the hospital, improve the life of patients, clinical we should actively develop, total devotion.%目的 研究分析关节置换术手术使用规范手术室护理后的感染情况.方法 对我院接受规范手术室护理的246例关节置换术患者进行回顾分析,探讨其手术感染情况.结果 全部患者都没有出现感染的情况,临床治疗效果突出.规范手术室护理能够让关节置换术的感染几率得到控制.结论 关节置换手术的感染和手术室的相关因素联系紧密,通过采取规范手术室护理,能够对这些因素进行管理,减少手术发生感染的几率.规范手术室管理是必不可少的护理内容,可以提升医院的形象,改善患者的生活,临床中我们要积极的开展,全情投入.
