针对性手术室护理配合在人工全髋关节置换术中的应用

摘要

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the efficacy of targeted nursing cooperation for patients with total hip replacement. Methods A total of 82 patients with total hip replacement were assigned to the observation group and the control group, with 41 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine nursing care in the process of operation, and patients in the observation group were applied with targeted nursing cooperation intervention. The changes in the blood pressure, breathe rate and heart rate before and after operation were recorded. The quantity of blood transfusion and fluid infusion, time of operation and satisfaction degree was compared between two groups. Results Patients in both of two groups received an marked increase in blood pressure, breathe rate and heart rate after operation, and with a smaller increase in the observation group than those in the control group(P0.05 or P0.01). There were significant difference in quantity of blood transfusion and time of operation between two groups(P0.01). The nursing satisfaction rate was 97.56%(40/41)in the observation group and was 85.37%(35/41)in the control group, with a significant difference(P0.05). Conclusion It is necessary to carry targeted nursing cooperation to ensure the accomplish of operation.
