Objective Detailed comparative clinical therapeutic effects of insulin aspart and Novolin R in patients with type 2 diabetes melitus.Methods In our hospital from 2014 January to 2014 December were not satisfied with the treatment effect of 60 cases of type 2 diabetic patients were randomly divided into two groups, one group is insulin aspart group,before going to bed injection Novolin N on the patients in the treatment process.Results The first two hours after treatment with insulin aspart group post meal blood sugar decrease to Noir and spirit of higher levels of patients in the R group, Folowed by a decreased volume of two groups of glycosylated hemoglobin and fasting blood glucose are relatively large,Again is the effect of two drugs on body mass index and blood lipids of patients was not statisticaly significant.ConclusionInsulin aspart and Novolin R has very good effect in lowering postprandial blood glucose, also won't make hypoglycemia in this process a situation aggravated. Before a meal can be injection of two drugs, and two of this kind of drug is injected in patients with diabetic insulin is very good choice.%目的 对诺和锐和诺和灵R对2型糖尿病患者的临床治疗效果进行详细的比较.方法 将我院2014年1月到2014年12月收治的60例对治疗效果不满意的2型糖尿病患者随机分成两个组别,一组是诺和锐组,一组是诺和灵R组.两组治疗的周期是十二周,在治疗的过程中对患者进行睡前注射诺和灵N.结果 首先是治疗之后诺和锐组患者餐后两个小时的血糖下降量要比诺和灵R组患者的水平更高,二者有统计学意义.其次是两组糖化血红蛋白和空腹血糖的下降量都比较大,但是两组患者之间并没有非常明显的差别.再次是两种药物对患者的体重指数和血脂的影响是不存在统计学意义的.最后一点就是两种药物在造成低血糖情况方面没有非常明显的差别.结论 诺和锐与诺和灵R在降低餐后血糖方面都有着非常好的效果,同时还不会使得这一过程中低血糖的情况加重.餐前就可以对两种药物进行注射,而且这两种药物也是糖尿病患者注射性胰岛素非常好的选择.
