椎弓根内固定脊柱融合治疗老年腰椎间盘突出的临床观察

摘要

Objective To observe the pedicle screw fixation in elderly lumbar spine disc fusion of clinical effect.Methods In our hospital, 40 patients with lumbar disc elderly, were given spinal fusion with pedicle fixation treatment, evaluation of treatment effect.Results Patients with low back pain VAS score and ODI score before treatment and after treatment was statisticaly significant(P<0.05). And good rate of 92.5% of patients.Conclusion Spinal fusion with pedicle screw fixation in elderly lumbar disc herniation clinical effect is significant.%目的 观察椎弓根内固定脊柱融合治疗老年腰椎间盘突出的临床效果.方法 选取我院收治的老年腰椎间盘突出患者40例,均给予椎弓根内固定脊柱融合治疗,评价治疗效果.结果 治疗后患者腰痛VAS评分及ODI评分与治疗前比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05).且患者优良率为92.5%.结论 椎弓根内固定脊柱融合治疗老年腰椎间盘突出的临床效果显著.
