妊娠期糖尿病患者实施护理干预对新生儿神经行为发育的影响

摘要

Objective After the nursing intervention for patients with gestational diabetes, the influence of neonatal neurobehavioral development was analyzed. Methods 36 cases of patients with gestational diabetes in our hospital were carried on the research analysis, as the observation group, using early nursing intervention, selected the patients without antenatal examination and control treatment in the same period as the control group, who were diagnosed the gestational diabetes after admission. Compared their neonatal neurobehavioral development. Results In the observation group, the total score, active muscle tension, primitive reflex were compared with the control group, it had significant difference(P<0.05). Compared with the control group in the aspect of behavior capacity, passive muscle tension, primitive reflexes, it had no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention for patients with gestational diabetes early can promote the development of neonatal neurological defects, reduce the probability of neonatal behavioral neurological.%目的：对妊娠期糖尿病患者接受护理干预后，新生儿神经行为发育情况受到的影响进行研究分析。方法根据我院接收的36例妊娠期糖尿病患者来进行研究分析，将其作为观察组，使用早期护理干预，选择同期没有进行产前检查和控制治疗的妊娠期糖尿病患者作为对照组，他们都是在入院后才诊断出患有糖尿病的孕妇，对两组新生儿神经行为发育情况进行比较。结果观察组在神经行为发育总分、主动肌张力、原始反射方面与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。在行为能力、被动肌张力及一般状态方面与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论为妊娠期糖尿病患者提供早期护理干预能够对新生儿神经发育起到促进作用，降低了新生儿神经发育缺陷几率。
