对比利普刀与微波治疗慢性宫颈炎的疗效

摘要

Objective To compare the effect on patients with chronic cervicitis accepting LEEP and microwave treatment,and provide reference for the clinical treatment. Methods 150 patients with chronic cervicitis from 2012 to 2014 were grouped into A1(n=75)and A2(n=75). A1 group underwent LEEP treatment. A2 group received microwave therapy. Then we carried on comparative analysis to the clinical therapeutic effect,observing vaginal discharge time and operation time. Results The operation time and the vaginal discharge time was longer in A2 group than A1(P<0.05). Hemorrhage is less than A1 group(P<0.05). Conclusion Chronic cervicitis patients need choose the treatment plan ensure the biggest improvement.%目的：研究分析慢性宫颈炎患者接受利普刀和微波治疗的效果，为临床治疗选择提供参考。方法2012～2014年我院共接收了150例慢性宫颈炎患者，将这些患者分组为A1、A2两组，A1组75例患者接受利普刀治疗，A2组75例患者接受微波治疗，对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行比较分析，观察患者的阴道流液时间和手术时间。结果临床中A2组的手术时间和阴道流液时间比A1组患者长，P<0.05；A2组患者的出血量比A1组患者少，P<0.05。结论慢性宫颈炎患者临床中接受治疗的时候，需要结合其病情来选择治疗方案，确保患者的宫颈炎症状得到改善，提升治疗效果。
