护理人员在静脉用药调配中心的作用观察

摘要

目的：探讨护理人员参与静脉用药调配中心工作，观察并分析其作用。方法选择我院20例参与静脉用药调配中心的护理人员作为研究对象，分成实验组和对照组，每组各10例，对照组护士采取常规的护理模式进行工作，实验组护士在常规的护理基础上加强护理干预，之后对比两组护理人员的工作效率，探讨护理人员在静脉用药调配中心的作用。结果实验组护士的工作效率优于对照组护士（P<0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论护理人员参与到静脉调配中心的工作中，能够有效对药物进行审核，保证药物的卫生处于无菌消毒状态，降低药物使用的出错率，使得药物使用更为合理，技术操作更为规范化、科学化。%Objective To investigate the involvement of PIVAS in work of nurses,the observation and analysis of its effect.Methods20 patients in our hospital to participate in PIVAS nursing staff as the research object,and divided into experimental group and control group,10 cases in each group,the control group adopted the conventional mode of nursesnursing work,the experimental group nurses to enhance nursing intervention in nursing careon the basis of conventional,after comparing two groups of nursing staff the work efficiency,to explore the nursing staff in PIVAS role.ResultsThe experimental group is better than thework efficiency of nurses nurses control group(P<0.05),with significant difference.Conclusion The nursing staff to participate in the vein deployment center work,can effectivelyon drug review,ensure medical health in sterile condition,reduce the error rate of drug use,so that drug use is more reasonable,the technical operation of more standardized,scientific.
