静脉用药调配中心提高静脉用药质量的作用研究

摘要

Objective To study the effect of intravenous administration center for improving the quality of intravenous medication.Methods The intravenous drug deployment center in our hospital was put into use in November 2015. Before and after the establishment of the center was recorded as the control group,observation group. The questionnaire survey was conducted among 120 patients before and after the establishment of intravenous drug deployment center. The satisfaction of the patients with intravenous infusion were recorded for summary and comparative analysis.Results Observation group,the number of error cases was 434 cases,error rate was 14.47%. The error rate in the control group was much lower than that in the control group(31.67%). In the observation group,120 cases,up to 118 patients with satisfactory,satisfaction rate was 98.33%. It is much higher than the control group of patients(84.17%),P=0.000 1,so the difference between the two groups had statistical significance.ConclusionHospital establishment of intravenous drug deployment center can reduce the error rate,improve patients'satisfaction.%目的：分析研究静脉用药调配中心对于提高静脉用药质量的作用效果。方法我院的静脉用药调配中心于2015年11月开始投入使用，中心成立之前之后记作对照组、观察组，分别对静脉用药调配中心成立前后各120例患者进行问卷调查，记录患者对于静脉输液的满意情况，进行汇总对比分析。结果观察组中，差错例数为434例，差错率为14.47%，低于对照组中的差错率（31.67%）；观察组120例患者中，满意患者例数高达118例，满意度为98.33%，高于对照组中患者的满意度（84.17%），P=0.0001，两组数据差异有统计学意义。结论医院成立静脉用药调配中心能够降低差错率，提高患者的满意度，效果理想。
