多功能胫骨带锁髓内钉治疗胫骨近端关节外骨折的临床观察

摘要

目的：观察多功能胫骨带锁髓内钉治疗胫骨近端关节外骨折的效果。方法选取我院60例胫骨近端关节外骨折患者，将其随机分为两组，观察组给予多功能胫骨带锁髓内钉治疗，对照组给予 AO 钢板治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果两组总有效率与并发症发生率比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论多功能胫骨带锁髓内钉治疗胫骨近端关节外骨折效果显著。%Objective To investigate the treatment of proximal tibial articular fractures with tibia versatile interlocking intramedul ary Nail. Methods Selected 60 cases of proximal tibial articular fracture patients in our hospital,randomly divided into two groups,the observation group with versatile interlocking intramedul ary tibial nail treatment,the control group with AO plate treatment,then compared to the treatment effects between two groups. Results There was statistical y significant(P<0.05),through comparing to the total effective rates and the incidences of complications. Conclusion The treatment of proximal tibial articular fractures with interlocking intramedul ary nail is worth promoting,for significant effect.
