探讨呼吸内科在优质护理服务活动中实行责任制整体护理的效果

摘要

Objective To quality care in respiratory medicine research activities conducted in the implementation of accountability overal effectiveness of nursing interventions.Methods 90 patients were treated suck medicine, take high-quality care, and overal accountability nursing intervention. Satisfaction contrast changes and changes in assessment scores.ResultsBefore the intervention, nursing satisfaction 84.44%, 95.56% after the intervention, P<0.05,; intervene before the responsibility of nurses rated the overal responsibility (76.2 ± 5.1)after the intervention (92.2 ± 4.9),P<0.05. Conclusion The overal responsibility nursing interventions conducted in high-quality care, help to optimize the quality of care, improve patient satisfaction with the care of health care and enhance clinical outcomes.%目的：就呼吸内科于优质护理活动进行中实施责任制整体护理干预的效果进行研究。方法呼吸内科收治患者90例，采取优质护理服务，并进行责任制整体护理干预。对比满意度变化和考核评分变化。结果干预前护理满意度84.44%，干预后95.56%，P<0.05；干预前责任护士整体责任评分为（76.2±5.1）分，干预后（92.2±4.9）分，P<0.05。结论在优质护理中进行责任制整体护理干预，有利于优化护理服务质量、提高患者对护理医护人员的满意程度和增强临床治疗效果。
