中间入路与外侧入路行单侧甲状腺叶全切除术的对比

摘要

目的：探讨单侧甲状腺叶全切除术中应用中间入路与外侧入路的临床效果。方法2012年1月至2014年12月间在我院行单侧甲状腺叶全切除术的患者84例，按手术方案分为中间入路组（44例）和外侧入路组（40例），比较两组手术相关指标。结果中间入路组手术时间、切口长度短于外侧入路组，差异明显（P<0.05），两组颈前带状肌被切断率及并发症率无明显差异（P>0.05）。结论单侧甲状腺叶全切除术中采用中间入路有利于缩短手术时间，减小切口，值得推广应用。%Objective To explore the application of unilateral thyroid lobe subtotal intermediate approach and lateral approach operation.Methods 84 cases patients underwent unilateral thyroid lobe resection in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2014, divided into an intermediate approach group (44 cases) and anterolateral approach group (40 cases) base on the operation plan, compared with two groups of indicators related to operation.ResultsThe intermediate approach group operation time, incision length shorter than lateral entry group, obvious differences (P<0.05), the two group of cervical strap muscles were cut rate and complication rate had no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion The unilateral thyroid lobe resection through medial approach is beneficial to shorten operation time, reduce intraoperative incision, which is worthy of popularization and application.
