3550名女职工妇女病普查结果分析

ObjectiveTo grasp and understanding of our women's common disease, frequently-occurring disease prevalence, formulate intervention measures. Methods From may to July in 2014 was carried out on 3550 cases of women gynecopathy, mammary gland disease census.Results 1358 cases 3550 cases suffering from al kinds of gynecopathy, prevalence rate was 38.25%. Gynecopathy before three diseases in the order: vaginalitis, cervical disease, uterine diseases. 1806 cases of mammary gland disease, prevalence of 48.68%, mammary gland disease is given priority to with hyperplasia of mammary glands, folowed by breast lipoma.Conclusion Should be widely publicized woman common disease, frequently-occurring disease prevention and control of knowledge and breast self-inspection method, reduce the incidence of reproductive tract infections.%目的：掌握和了解我区妇女常见病、多发病患病率，制订干预措施。方法于2014年5月～7月对3550例妇女进行了妇科病、乳腺病普查。结果3550例中患各种妇科病者1358例，患病率为38.25%。妇科病前3位疾病依次为：阴道炎、宫颈疾病、子宫疾病。患乳腺疾病者1806例，患病率48.68%，乳腺疾病以乳腺增生为主，其次是乳腺脂肪瘤。结论应广泛宣传妇女常见病、多发病的防治知识及乳腺自检方法，降低生殖道感染发生率。
