儿科哮喘临床治疗效果探讨

摘要

Objective To study the method and effect analysis of the clinical treatment of children with asthma. Methods Based on 58 cases of pediatric asthma patients in our hospital received to carry on the research analysis, wil these children were divided into experimental group and control group two groups, 29 cases had. The control group were taken in the experimental group take routine treatment, desensitization and inhaled topical steroids, provide for nursing mode, the clinical efficacy of two groups of children were analyzed. Results 58 patients symptoms were effectively control ed, but the clinical treatment effect of experimental group was significantly better than the control group. Statistical y significant differences (P<0.05) contrast. Conclusion Inhalation therapy and desensitization therapy for children with asthma treatment effect is good, has the very good application effect in the clinical treatment of diseases in children asthma, is worthy to be popularized.%目的：研究分析哮喘患儿的临床治疗方法和效果。方法根据我院接收的58例儿科哮喘患者来进行研究分析，将这些患儿分组为实验组和对照组两组，均有29例。对照组患儿采取常规治疗，实验组患儿采取脱敏和吸入局部激素治疗，提供针对性的护理方式，对两组患儿的临床治疗效果进行探讨分析。结果58例患儿的病症均得到有效控制，但实验组的临床治疗效果明显好于对照组。对比差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论吸入疗法以及脱敏治疗对于小儿哮喘患者的治疗效果比较优秀，在临床中治疗小儿哮喘疾病具有非常好的应用效果，值得推广使用。
