舒适护理无创呼吸机治疗Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭伴神经障碍患者的应用

摘要

目的：探讨舒适护理在无创呼吸机治疗Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭伴神经障碍患者的应用。方法50例Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭伴神志障碍而行无创呼吸机治疗的患者实施舒适护理模式，并评价其结果，随机分为观察组与对照组。结果50例患者有47例均在3～5 d意识恢复。结论舒适护理模式更人性化，体现了以人为本的护理内涵。%Objective To evaluate the role of comfortable nursing in the noninvasive ventilator therapyⅡapplication of patients with neurological disorders with respiratory failure. Methods 50 cases of typeⅡrespiratory failure with consciousness disorder and noninvasive ventilator implement comfortable nursing mode of patients, and evaluate the results,were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Results 50 patients had 47 cases in 3~5 d consciousness recovery.Conclusion Comfortable nursing mode more human,reflects the people-oriented connotation of nursing.
