A method for assessment of treatment efficiency for patients with ischemic heart disease with angina pectoris and arterial hypertension with disturbance of left ventricle diastolic function by "hypertrophic" type with benazepril. Prior to treatment withbenazepril to a patient in the state of rest the Doppler-echocardiography is carried out and transmitral blood circulation is determined by measurement of rate of early diastolic filling. After treatment with benasepril the similar examination is carried out. If the rate of early diastolic filling of left ventricle is increased on 15 % and more comparative to the rate prior to treatment, than the hemodynamic result and antianginal effect are estimated as positives.
