目的：分析腹腔镜微创保胆术对胆囊息肉的临床疗效。方法选择我院90例胆囊息肉按术式不同，分组对比术中出血量，手术时间，术后肛门排气时间及术后并发症发生率。结果与对照组相比，试验组术中出血量更少，术后排气时间更早（P<0.01）。此外，试验组术后并发症的发生率为6.67%；显著低于对照组31.11%（P<0.01）。结论与腹腔镜胆囊切除术相比，微创保胆术具有出血量更少、排气时间更早、术后并发症发生率更低。%Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic minimally invasive gallbladder preserving operation on gallbladder polyps.Methods In our hospital 90 cases of gallbladder polyps according to different patients,the patients were divided into control group and test group.The amount of bleeding,compared two groups of surgery time,postoperative anal exhaust time and postoperative complication rate.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group less intraoperative bleeding,postoperative exhaust time earlier(P<0.01).In addition,the experimental group the incidence of postoperative complications was 6.67%;was significantly lower than the control group 31.11%(P<0.01). Conclusion Compared with laparoscopic gallbladder resection,minimally invasive gallbladder preserving surgery has a much lower incidence of less blood loss and exhaust.
