脊柱结核患者的CT诊断价值研究

摘要

Objective To study the value on CT diagnosis of spinal tuberculosis. Methods To adopt the pathological results and the CT diagnostic and compared the 41 cases results which were chosen from May 2013 to May 2014. Results There was no significant difference (P>0.05) between the pathological results and the CT diagnostic,CT can clearly detected the calcifications dead bone and the spinal cord invasion, but the relatively under the ligament spread detection rate was low,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion It is a widely used because the CT diagnostic can accurately display the entire lesion evolution process and the clinical classification,operation simple.%目的：研究脊柱结核的CT诊断价值。方法选取我院2013年5月～2014年5月间收治的41例脊柱结核患者给予CT诊断，并与病理结果进行对比。结果脊柱结核的临床分型方面，CT诊断与病理结果比较无显著差异（P>0.05），CT诊断能够明确检出钙化死骨与脊髓侵犯，但韧带下播散的检出率相对较低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论脊柱结核应用CT诊断能够准确显示整个病变演变过程与临床分型，操作简捷。
