老年室性期前收缩患者21例临床分析

Objective The clinical efficacy on ventricular contraction is to be discussed.Methods Analyze the treatment and its side-effects data selected from 21 patients with ventricular contraction treated clinically in hospital. Results Of all 21 cases,13 cases are significantly effective and 7 cases are efficiency,while the other one case is ineffective,the efficacy rate is up to 95.2% in total. Conclusion The treatment of premature ventricular contraction is unable to cure all ventricular contractions,while,the medical treatment aims to eliminate illness symptoms and prevent from malignant arrhythmia.%目的：探讨室性期前收缩临床疗效。方法对临床收治的21例室性期前收缩患者治疗及不良反应资料进行分析。结果21例患者经治疗，显效13例，有效7例，无效1例，总有效率95.2%。结论室性早搏的治疗目的常不可能消除所有的早搏，而药物治疗目的主要在于消除症状和防止恶性心律失常的发生。
