男性不育不孕症中医药辨证的治疗体会

摘要

目的：探讨男性不育不孕症中医药辨证的治疗效果。方法从本院所收治的男性不育不孕症患者当中选取60例为研究对象，根据导致患者不育不孕的原因、临床症状表现等采用不同的中药汤剂水煎内服。结果经过2～5个疗程的治疗，患有不孕不育的男性患者精液量达到（2.52±0.31）ml，PH值达到（7.45±20.38），精子密度（75.25±1.86）百万/毫升，精子存活率（47.58±45.15）％。结论采用中医药辨证治疗男性不育不孕症能够取得更好的治疗效果。%Objective To explore the effect of male infertility with TCM therapeutic. Methods From our hospital 60 cases of male infertility patients were selected as the research object, according to the reasons, resulting in infertility patients with clinical symptoms and so on use of herbal decoction oral y different. Results After treatment of 2-5 courses,semen of male patients with infertility amount reached(2.52+0.31)ml,pH value reached(7.45+20.38), sperm density (75.25+1.86) mil ion/ml, sperm survival rate (47.58+45.15)%. Conclusion Using Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment of male infertility can achieve better therapeutic effect.
