等离子宫腔镜手术与开腹手术的术中护理配合比较

摘要

Objective To investigate the methods of care in the plasma hysteroscopic surgery. Methods Select in january 2013 to january 2014 in our hospital admitted 130 patients were randomly divided into two groups and the control group were observed plasma hysteroscopic surgery group underwent the control group underwent conventional open surgery, compared two groups of nursing effect. Results Treatment of patients in the observation group than the control group, were no complications. Conclusion Hysteroscopic surgery with effective care to ensure safe operation, improve the therapeutic effect of surgery.%目的：探讨等离子宫腔镜手术的术中护理方法。方法选择我院2013年1月～2014年1月收治的130例患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组行等离子宫腔镜手术，对照组行传统开腹手术，对比两组的护理效果。结果观察组患者的治疗效果明显优于对照组，两组均无并发症发生。结论宫腔镜手术中有效的护理配合能保证手术的安全，提高手术的治疗效果。
