平阳霉素联合2利多卡因注射治疗牙龈瘤临床疗效观察

摘要

目的：探讨牙龈瘤非手术治疗，保留了罹患牙齿的新方法。方法2002年9月～2008年9月临床随机选着牙龈瘤患者43例，应用平阳霉素2%利多卡因瘤体内注射，治疗后30天内观察瘤体变化及治疗后的全身反应。结果43例经平阳霉素、2%利多卡因注射后，瘤体在1月内全部消失。结论平阳霉素、2%利多卡因联合注射治疗牙龈瘤是行之有效，即简便、痛苦小、又保存了患牙的新方法。%Objective To discuss a new way which manages epulis by no operation and preserve teeth in the epulis. Methods 43 cases from September 2002 to September 2008 were selected and jnjected pingyangmycin and 2 percent Lidocaine into epiulis .Changes of tumors and complications of drug wereobserved after 30 days. Results After injected 1~2 Amp Pingyangmycin and 2 percent Lidocaine, al tumors of 43 cases were disappeared in 30 days and did not recur after observet 5 years. Conclusion Treatment epulis with pingyangmycin and 2 percent Lidocaine, preserviny tooth and no operative distress, is a simple and utility way.
