引导式早期干预用于脑功能伤残患儿康复的研究

         

摘要

目的:引导式早期干预在脑功能伤残患儿康复过程中的作用和效果。方法对照组采取常规康复措施,干预组在对照组基础上采用引导式干预措施,两组都应用盖塞尔发育量表对患儿智能发育指数和运动发育指数进行测试并进行比较。结果干预组临床疗效明显高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论干预组均比对照组的情况要好,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。说明在脑功能伤残患儿的康复治疗过程中,采取引导式教育是个不错的治疗方式。%Objective The function and effectiveness of conductive early intervention in children with brain function diasbility during recovery process. Research Methods Regular recovery measures wil be applied to the control group, while conductive intervention measures which are based upon the control group measures wil be applied to the intervention group. GDS wil be employed to both of the groups to test as wel as to compare patient children’s intel igence development index and their movement development index. Results It is obvious that invervention group is better than control group, significant deference can be recorded through statistics study(P<0.05). Conclusion The intervention group is better than the control group of conditions, and the difference is statistical y significant (P<0.05). Demonstrates the process of rehabilitation therapy in children with brain function disability, adopt heuristic education is a good way of treatment.
