川崎病患儿血清学D-2聚体与C反应蛋白表达分析

摘要

Objective To explore the diagnostic effect of D-dimer and C-Reactive Protein in Kawasaki Disease. Methods Select 35 KD patients as observe group and 30 Outpatient physical health check children as control group, Detect and compare the two groups’ plasma D-dimer and C-Reactive Protein in plasma. Results the level of D-dimer and C-Reactive Protein were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Plasma D-dimer and C-Reactive Protein are two important indicators of KD diagnosis, which play a important role to treat KD child as soon as possible.%目的：研究D-2聚体与C反应蛋白表达对川崎病患儿的诊断效果。方法选取川崎病患儿35例作为研究对象，同期门诊体检健康儿童30例作为对照组，检测并比较两组患者D-2聚体与C反应蛋白表达水平。结果观察组患者血清学D-2聚体、血清反应蛋白明显高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论血清学D-2聚体、血清反应蛋白表达可作为诊断川崎病的重要指标，有助于临床川崎病患儿进行尽早及时诊治。
