整体护理模式在精神科护理中的应用

摘要

目的：研究精神科护理中实施整体护理模式的临床效果。方法我院选择2014年6月～2015年6月诊治的160例精神科患者，根据护理方法不同将其分为两组，对照组的90例患者实施常规的护理措施，观察组的70例患者实施整体护理模式，比较两组患者服药依从性、患者家属对护理工作的满意度以及意外发生率情况。结果通过比较，观察组患者服药依从率为44.3%，出现意外的几率为8.6%；对照组分别为24.4%，11.1%；两组数据对比，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者对护理人员的满意度为90.0%，对照组为58.9%；两组患者满意度对比，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论精神科护理实施整体护理，可使患者服药的依从性有效提升，并能显著提升患者对护理人员的满意度。%ObjectiveTo study the clinical efect of holistic nursing care in psychiatric nursing.MethodsIn our hospital,160 cases of psychiatric patients from June 2014 to June 2015 received the diagnosis and treatment,according to the diferent nursing methods wil be divided into two groups,90 cases of patients in the control group received routine nursing measures,70 cases of patients in the observation group were in the implementation of holistic nursing care,compared two groups of patients with medication according to nursing job satisfaction from the families of patients, and the accident rate.ResultsBy comparison,patients in the observation group treatment compliance rate was 44.3%,the accident probability was 8.6%. The control group respectively was 24.4%,11.1%. The diferences between the two groups were statisticaly significant(P<0.05). The observation group patients satisfaction of nursing staf was 90.0%,58.9% in the control group. The diferences between the two groups were statisticaly significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe implementation of holistic nursing care can efectively improve the compliance of patients with medication,the satisfaction of patients with nursing staf was significantly improved.
