精神科男护士心理健康状况及干预对策分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the mental health status of male nurses and their influencing factors,and to analyze the mental health status of male nurses in psychiatric department and intervention strategy.MethodsThe psychological health status of 62 male nurses in psychiatric department were assessed with symptom self rating scale,and compared with the norm model.Results The scores of depression,anxiety and interpersonal relationship of male nurses in psychiatric department were significantly higher than those in domestic norm model,and the difference was statisticaly significant.ConclusionMale nurses in psychiatric department are lack of occupation accomplishment,and with huge work pressure,their mental health is not optimistic,in order to avoid the impact of these adverse psychological factors on nursing work and reduce the loss rate of psychiatric male nurses,enough attention must be paid on the male nurses' self adjustment and psychological intervention.%目的：调查男护士不良心理健康状况及其影响因素，分析精神科男护士的心理健康状况，探究该特定人群的不良心理卫生的干预对策。方法采用症状自评量表对62名精神科男护士进行心理健康状况评定，并与常模进行比较，对不良心理状况的对策进行分析与统计。结果精神科男护士在抑郁、焦虑及人际关系3项因子得分均高于国内常模，差异具有统计学意义。结论精神科男护士缺乏职业成就感、工作压力大，心理健康状况不容乐观，为了避免这些不良心理因素对护理工作的影响和降低精神科男护士的流失率必须足够重视男护士的自我调节和心理干预。
