目的：探析腹腔镜下子宫动脉阻断联合病灶切除术对子宫腺肌病的治疗价值。方法选取本院2014年11月～2015年11月所收治的82例子宫腺肌病患者为本次研究对象，将其随机分为对照组及观察组，对照组41例，采用腹腔镜下病灶切除术，观察组41例，采用腹腔镜下子宫动脉阻断联合病灶切除术。对两组患者手术时长、术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间进行对比。结果观察组在手术时长、术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间优于对照组，其差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论腔镜下子宫动脉阻断联合病灶切除术在子宫腺肌病的治疗上具有较好的临床应用价值。%Objective To study the value of laparoscopic uterine artery occlusion combined with lesion resection in the treatment of adenomyosis.MethodsIn our hospital,82 cases of patients with adenomyosis were treated as the research object from November 2014 to November 2015. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,41 cases in the control group using laparoscopic resection,41 cases in the observation group, blocking joint lesion resection by laparoscopic uterine artery. The operation duration,blood loss,and anal exhaust time were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe observation group in the operation time,the amount of bleeding,postoperative anal exhaust time was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic uterine artery occlusion combined with lesion resection in the treatment of uterine gland disease has a high clinical value.
