针灸综合疗法在带状疱疹治疗中的应用研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined therapy for herpes zoster.Methods74 cases of herpes zoster patients were divided into groups,treatment group(n=37)to take acupuncture combined therapy,control group(n=37)conventional western medicine treatment,compared to 2 groups of curative effect.Results (1)treatment group of total effective rate was 97.30%, higher than the control group of 78.38%(P<0.05).(2)treatment group of the VAS pain score was(3.04±0.58)points,was lower than the control group(5.74±1.41)points(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of comprehensive acupuncture therapy effect in the treatment of herpes zoster is positive.%目的：探讨针灸综合疗法对带状疱疹的治疗效果。方法将带状疱疹患者中抽取74例分组，治疗组（n=37）采取针灸综合疗法，对照组（n=37）行常规西医治疗，对比两组疗效。结果（1）治疗组治疗总有效率是97.30%，高于对照组的78.38%（P＜0.05）；（2）治疗组治疗后的VAS疼痛评分是（3.04±0.58）分，低于对照组的（5.74±1.41）分（P＜0.05）。结论针灸综合疗法在带状疱疹治疗中的应用效果肯定。
