心力衰竭伴心律失常应用胺碘酮联合厄贝沙坦治疗的可行性研究

摘要

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of combination therapy of heart failure with arrhythmia by amiodarone combined with irbesartan.Methods In our hospital ,from March 2015 to April 2016,68 cases of heart failure with arrhythmia patients were included in this study. According to the different medicine treatment,they were divided into the observation group and the control group. Analysis of the feasibility of the treatment of two groups of patients.Results After treatment,the treatment efficiency of the observation group and the control group were 94.11% and 73.53% respectively,and the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusionefficacy of amiodarone combined with irbesartan in the treatment of heart failure and arrhythmia are good.%目的：分析心力衰竭伴心律失常应用胺碘酮联合厄贝沙坦治疗的临床疗效。方法将我院于2015年3月～2016年4月收治的68例心力衰竭伴心律失常患者纳入此研究中，根据其药物治疗的不同划分为观察组和对照组，分析两组患者治疗的可行性。结果观察组和对照组分别经过治疗后，其治疗有效率分别为94.11%和73.53%，数据差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论心力衰竭伴心律失常应用胺碘酮联合厄贝沙坦治疗疗效良好。
