益生菌与美沙拉嗪用于炎症性肠病患者治疗中的临床效果观察

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of Probiotics and Mesalamine in the treatment of patients with inflammatory bowel disease.Methods From January 2014 to March 2016, chose 120 cases of patients with inflammatory bowel disease in in our hospital, the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results The efficiency of B group was 96.67%, A group was 81.03%, the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05),adverse reaction rate of B group was 1.67%, A group was 13.33%, the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of probiotics and Mesalamine in patients with inflammatory bowel is effective, safe and reliable.%目的：探讨炎症性肠病患者经益生菌与美沙拉嗪治疗的临床疗效。方法选取2014年1月～2016年3月我院收治的120例炎症性肠病患者的临床资料进行研究，回顾性分析患者的临床资料。结果 B组有效率为96.67%，A组为81.03%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；B组不良反应率为1.67%，A组为13.33%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论炎症性肠患者者采用美沙拉嗪联合益生菌治疗，效果显著，安全可靠。
