护患沟通在门诊导诊护理工作中的应用价值

         

摘要

目的:探讨护患沟通在门诊导诊护理工作中的应用价值。方法选取我院118例在我院门诊进行咨询的患者,按照患者咨询顺序分为两组,对照组导诊人员不予以护患沟通技巧开展工作,观察组导诊人员采取护患沟通技巧开展工作,对比两组患者的满意度。结果观察组患者对导诊工作的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论有效的护患沟通应用在门诊导诊护理工作中起着重要的作用,可提高患者满意度,增强护患关系和信任感。%ObjectiveTo explore the application value of nurse-patient communication in nursing work.Methods 118 patients in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the order of consultation. The control group of its staff to nurse patient communication skils to carry out the work, the observation group of its staff to take the nurse patient communication skils to carry out the work,comparing the two groups of patients satisfaction. ResultsThe observation group of patients’satisfaction on guidance was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effective application of nurse patient communication plays an important role in guiding the clinic nursing work,it can improve patient satisfaction,enhance nurse patient relationship and trust sense.
