延续护理对老年全髋关节置换术后患者机体康复的影响

摘要

Objective To explore the continue nursing methods to body rehabilitation of patients after total hip replacement in the elderly.MethodsSelected in our hospital after total hip arthroplasty in elderly patients with 64 cases from January 2014 and June 2015,were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each group of 32 cases and routine nursing mode were adopted in the control group,the observation group with continuity care,the results of two groups of care was observed.Results The observation group at different time of hip joint function score and complications situation were better than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The continuation of nursing can promote the recovery of patients with total hip replacement joints function,and decrease the incidence of complications in patients with rate.%目的：探讨延续性护理对老年全髋关节置换术后患者机体康复的影响。方法选取2014年1月～2015年6月我院全髋关节置换术后老年患者64例，随机分为对照组和观察组各32例，对照组采取常规护理模式，观察组采用延续性护理，比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组不同时间段的髋关节功能评分及并发症情况均优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论延续性护理可促进全髋关节置换术患者的关节功能恢复，降低患者的并发症发生率。
