主动脉球囊反搏术辅助治疗急性心肌梗死并泵衰竭的护理进展研究

摘要

目的：探讨急性心肌梗死合并泵衰竭患者应用主动脉球囊反搏术后的护理效果。方法选取34例行主动脉球囊反搏术辅助治疗急性心肌梗死并泵衰竭患者为研究对象，回顾性分析护理过程。结果34例应用主动脉球囊反搏术的心肌梗死患者，经积极抗休克治疗及有效的护理后好转出院。结论通过做好心理护理，术前准备，术中配合，术后做好球囊护理，严密生命体征监测，重视术后心电图监护，观察和预防并发症，从而降低急性心肌梗死的死亡率，减少并发症的发生，促进患者早日康复。%ObjectiveTo explore the nursing care effect of AMI complicated with pump exhaustion treated with IABP.Methods We summarized the application of IABP as an adjunct in treatment of AMI combined pump exhaustion in 34 cases and the nursing process was retrospectively analyzed.Results In 34 cases with AMI treated with IABP,turned better and left hospital thanks to active anti-shock treatment and effective nursing care.Conclusion In order to reduce the mortality and the incidence of complications,promote patients recovery,we should do wel in psychosocial nursing,preoperative preparation,intra-operative coordination,baloon nursing after operation,closely monitor vital signs and attache great importance to the post-operative EEG monitoring,observe and prevent of complications.
