PDCA循环在急诊科危急值护理安全管理中的应用效果

摘要

Objective To discuss the application of critical value effect of PDCA cycle in the emergency department nursing safety management.Methods Selected our hospital emergency department in a critical value from March 1 to May 31 2015,taking a random sample of critical value record and 125 related medical records,colecting data again after PDCA circulation,taking a random sample of 132 related records from June 1 to September 30 2015,we investigated the critical value of records and contrast the present with the former.Results After the implement of PDCA management,the integrity of critical values,the accuracy of the receiving of critical value,effective communication,and prompt and effective treatment,the aspects of specification of records had been significantly improved. Differences were statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying PDCA circulation has played a key role in the emergency department safety quality control,truly achieved the international security goals focused on patient safety.%目的：探讨PDCA循环在急诊科危急值护理安全管理中的应用效果。方法选取我院急诊科2015年3月1日～5月31日随机抽查危急值记录及相关病历125份，通过PDCA循环管理后再次收集资料，2015年6月1日～9月30日随机抽查急诊科132份危急值记录及相关病历进行调查，进行前后对比。结果经过PDCA管理后，危急值记录完整性，危急值接收的准确性，医护有效沟通，及时有效的处理，规范的记录等各个环节存在的问题都得到了改善，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论将PDCA循环应用在急诊科安全质量控制中起关键作用，真正实现以患者安全为中心的国际安全目标。
