NB-UVB联合他克莫司软膏治疗儿童头面部白癜风

摘要

目的：探讨0.03％他克莫司软膏联合窄谱中波紫外线（NB-UVB）治疗儿童头面部白癜风的疗效和安全性。方法41例头面部白癜风患儿随机分为两组。联合组24例白癜风患儿51处皮损，其中38处皮损外用他克莫司软膏，2次/d，NB-UVB光疗，每周2次，疗程12周。13处皮损作为空白对照。NB-UVB组17例白癜风患儿36处皮损，其中28处皮损同样应用NB-UVB光疗，每周2次，疗程12周。8处皮损作为空白对照。结果联合组有效率为78.9％；NB-UVB组有效率为53.6%。两组之间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,联合组治疗效果优于NB-UVB组，且两组均未出现副作用。结论0.03％他克莫司软膏联合NB-UVB治疗位于头面部白癜风疗效较单独使用NB-UVB治疗效果好，不良反应少。%Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of 0.03% tacrolimus ointment combined with narrow-band ultraviolet B(NB-UVB)phototherapy in the treatment of children head face vitiligo. Methods41 patients with vitiligo were divided into two groups randomly. 24 patients of combined group, there were 51 lesions in al,38 lesions were treated twice daily with 0.03% tacrolimus ointment combined with NB-UVB phototherapy twice weekly for 12 weeks,other 13 lesions didn’t do any treatment,similarly 17 patients of NB-UVB group,there were 36 lesions in al,28 lesions were only treated with NB-UVB phototherapy twice weekly for 12 weeks.Results The total effective rate of combined group was 78.9%,and that of NB-UVB group was 53.6%. There was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05). The effect of combined group is superior to that of NB-UVB group to the vitiligous lesions. No serious adverse events were recorded in both groups.ConclusionThe combination of tacrolimus ointment with NB-UVB phototherapy can represent an effective and wel-tolerated approach to vitiligo located on children face and head.
