地奈德乳膏治疗皮炎湿疹效果观察

摘要

目的：对地奈德乳膏应用于皮炎湿疹治疗中的临床效果进行观察研究。方法选取于2014年1月～2016年2月在我院接受治疗的皮炎湿疹患者111例，并随机分为对照组（54例）和实验组（57例），对分别应用丁酸氢化可的松乳膏和地奈德乳膏的治疗效果进行对照研究。结果实验组患者的EASI评分低于对照组，痊愈率高于对照组（54.39%vs.29.63%），治疗总有效率高于对照组（91.23%vs.74.07%），差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论地奈德乳膏应用于皮炎湿疹治疗中的临床效果十分理想。%Objective Desonide cream of treatment effect for dermatitis and eczema is to be observed and studied.Methods From January 2014 to February 2016,111 patients with dermatitis and eczema who were treated in hospital were separated into control group(54 patients)and study group (57 patients)randomly and they were given about Hydrocortisone Butyrate ointment treatment and Desonide cream treatment respectively,and then compared treatment effects between two groups.ResultsPatients’EASI assessment scores in study group were much lower than that in control group. While,patients’ cured rate in study group was higher than that in control group(54.39%vs. 29.63%) and treatment efficacy in study group was much higher than that in control group(91.23%vs. 74.07%). There was a differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value(P<0.05).ConclusionDesonide cream treatment is quite effective for dermatitis and eczema.
