82例重症颅脑损伤患者手术前后的护理效果观察

摘要

目的：探讨对重症颅脑损伤（Severe head injury，SHI）患者实施综合护理干预的效果。方法选取2014年2月～2016年2月收治SHI患者82例，随机分为两组各41例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组实施全面、综合的护理干预，对比两组GCS评分、NIHSS评分、并发症情况。结果观察组干预后GCS评分（13.42±1.12）高于对照组（11.35±1.36），NIHSS评分（16.92±3.57）低于对照组（20.88±3.15）（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率（14.63%）低于对照组（39.02%）（P＜0.05）。结论全面、综合的护理干预能够减少SHI并发症，改善治疗效果。%Objective To observe the effects of comprehensive nursing before and after operation for patients with severe head injury(SHI). Methods 82 patients with SHI from Feb 2014 to Feb 2016 were selected and randomly assigned into 2 groups(41 cases each group). The control group was given routine nursing. The observation group was given comprehensive nursing. The GCS score,NIHSS score,the incidence rate of complications of the two groups were compared.Results GCS score after intervention in observation group(13.42±1.12) was higher than that in control group(11.35±1.36). NIHSS score in observation group(16.92±3.57)was lower than that in control group(20.88±3.15)(P<0.05). The incidence rate of complications in observation group(14.63%)were lower than that in control group(39.02%)(P<0.05). ConclusionComprehensive nursing before and after operation for patients with SHI can reduce complications,improve treatment effects.
