为急诊失独家庭患者提供优质护理的体会

ObjectiveTo investigate the quality of nursing service in the emergency department in alone patients with family.MethodsTo choose our department of 18 patients with loss of family alone,and to develop high quality nursing service. Evaluation of satisfaction questionnaire for patients after the end of nursing.ResultsAfter nursing,26 questionnaire distributed,26 taken back,the recovery rate of 100%,. ConclusionHigh quality nursing service is conducive to the smooth progress in emergency department special patients,and clinical effect is good.%目的：探讨优质护理服务在急诊失独家庭患者中的应用效果。方法选择我科接诊18例失独家庭患者，并开展优质护理服务，护理结束后对患者发放满意度调查表进行评价。结果护理结束后，发放26份调查表，收回26份，回收率100%。结论优质护理服务有利于急诊科特殊患者的顺利开展治疗护理工作，临床效果良好。
