肠外营养在消化道疾病围手术期的应用效果及护理体会

             

摘要

目的:分析肠外营养在消化道疾病围手术期的应用效果及护理体会。方法选取2015年2月~2016年2月我院进行治疗的52例消化道疾病患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,各26例。对照组采取常规护理,研究组在常规护理的基础上加肠外营养护理,对比两组的护理效果。结果研究组对疾病的认知程度、身体免疫力高于对照组。研究组血浆总蛋白、血浆白蛋白优于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对患者采取肠外营养护理,改善患者免疫状况和营养状况,加快患者的恢复速度。%Objective To analyze the parenteral nutrition in gastrointestinal disease perioperative of application effect and nursing.Methods From February 2015 to February 2016 in our hospital for treatment of 52 cases of gastrointestinal disease patients as research subjects,were randomly divided into control and study group,26 cases each. Traditional group took routine care,study group for routine care and nutritional care,compared two groups of nursing effect.ResultsStudy group’awareness of the disease,the body immunity was higher,and plasma total protein,serum albumin was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Parenteral nutrition care for patients can improve the immune status and nutritional status of patients and accelerate the speed of recovery.
