集束化护理预防白血病患者PICC置管并发症的效果分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of cluster nursing on prevention of PICC catheter complications in patients with leukemia.Methods 110 patients with leukemia PICC catheter were devided into the observation group and control group. The observation group and the control group were given cluster nursing and routine care, and the incidence of complications of the two groups were compared.ResultsDuring tube indweling to observe complications ,occurrence rate(7.3%)in observation group was lower than that of the control group(21.8%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster nursing can effectively reduce the leukemia patients with PICC catheter complications during the incidence.%目的：探讨集束化护理预防白血病患者PICC置管并发症的效果。方法将白血病PICC置管患者110例分组，观察组、对照组分别给予集束化护理以及常规护理，对比两组置管并发症发生率。结果置管期间，观察组并发症发生率（7.3%）低于对照组（21.8%）（P＜0.05）。结论集束化护理能有效降低白血病患者PICC置管期间并发症的发生率。
