临床技能教学质量评估方法的综述与思考

         

摘要

Clinicians should pay attention to the basic theory,but also pay more attention to the clinical comprehensive skils,which has become the consensus of higher medical education. In recent years,the domestic and foreign research on clinical practice education has received great attention and concern. The current situation of medical education in our country is that we attach importance to theory,despise practice,value knowledge,despise skils, and little chance of students’practice. Therefore,how to strengthen the teaching reform of clinical practice,adjust the teaching plan,improve the examination methods,and focus on the clinical practice skils assessment has become the focus of higher medical education research.%临床医生的培养既要注重基础理论,更要注重临床综合技能,这已经成为高等医学教育界的共识。近年来,国内外对临床实践教育的研究普遍受到重视和关注。在我国当前的医学教育中,普遍存在不同程度的重理论轻实践、重知识轻技能、学生动手机会少的现象。因此,如何以执业医师考试为导向,加强临床实践教学改革,调整教学计划,改进考试方式,注重临床实践技能考核成为高等医学教育的研究重点。
