前瞻性护理干预在预防腹泻患者水电解质紊乱中的应用价值

摘要

Objective To study the proactive nursing intervention in prevention of diarrhea water and electrolyte disorder in patients with application value. MethodsBetween January 2014 and January 2016,in our hospital 80 cases of patients with diarrhea,as the research object. By using stochastic indicator were divided into the observation group and control group,40 cases of patients in each group. The control group patients accepted routine clinical nursing intervention during hospitalization,observation group patients received proactive nursing intervention,compared two groups of patients as wel as electrolyte disorders happening.Results The total effective rate after treatment in patients with observation group was obviously higher than that of control group,P<0.05,the difference was statisticaly significant. Observation group of patients with electrolyte disorder were obviously lower than the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statisticaly significant.Conclusion The clinical therapy in patients with diarrhea during the implementation of the proactive nursing intervention can effectively improve patients’ clinical curative effect,and to reduce the incidence of electrolyte disorder.%目的：探讨前瞻性护理干预在预防腹泻患者水电解质紊乱中的应用价值。方法筛选2014年1月～2016年1月我院收治的腹泻患者80例，作为研究对象。采用随机数表法将其分为观察组与对照组，每组患者40例，其中对照组患者住院治疗期间接受临床常规护理干预，观察组患者则接受前瞻性护理干预，比较两组患者治疗效果以及电解质紊乱发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗后总有效率高于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义；观察组患者电解质紊乱发生例数低于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论对腹泻患者临床治疗期间实施前瞻性护理干预可有效提升患者临床治疗效果，并对降低电解质紊乱发生率具有重要作用。
