人文关怀在心内科老年患者中的应用效果

         

摘要

ObjectiveTo investigate the application effect of humane care on elderly cardiological patients.MethodsA total number of 96 cases of patients treated in our hospital were selected as subjects,and were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group on the basis of informed consent, with 48 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine care,and patients in the observation group were given humane care on the basis of routine care. The satisfaction for nursing service of patients in both groups was observed.Results The satisfaction of observation group was 97.9%(47/48),the total satisfaction of the control group was 81.3%(39/48). The difference between the two groups was statisticaly significant, withP < 0.01 (χ2 = 7.123 5,P=0.006 8).Conclusion Humane care for elderly cardiological patients can improve nursing satisfaction,promote doctor-patient relationship,and reduce medical disputes effectively.%目的:探讨人文关怀在心内科老年患者中的应用效果。方法选取大庆市人民医院心内科老年患者共计96例。根据患者知情自愿的原则将其分为对照组和观察组,每组患者均为48例。对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施人文关怀护理。观察两组患者对护理服务的满意度。结果观察组的护理满意度为97.9%(47/48);对照组护理满意度为81.3%(39/48);两组满意度相比,差异有统计学意义, P<0.01(χ2=7.1235,P=0.0068)。结论对心内科老年患者实施人文关怀护理,可提高患者的满意度,促进医患关系的和谐,可有效减少医患纠纷的发生。
