The device has a cylindrical resilient lumen (3) pulled through a lumen (1) of a balloon catheter, where a heart valve bioprosthesis (8) lies on a front side balloon (7) of the lumen of the balloon catheter. A front end (5) of the resilient lumen is formed with an outlet opening (6) and a posterior end (2) of the resilient lumen is formed with an inlet opening (4). The resilient lumen retractably slides on the balloon catheter. The resilient lumen is formed in form of fusiform with large diameter in a region of middle of extension of the fusiform.
