糖化血红蛋白检测在糖尿病诊断与治疗中的应用分析

Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of glycosylated hemoglobin test in patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods 25 cases of diabetic patients in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2016 were selected as the observation group. 25 cases of non diabetic patients in Department of Cardiology were selected as control group,and the results of two groups of glycosylated hemoglobin test were analyzed. Results The fasting blood glucose level of the observation group was(14.3±3.3)mmol/L,and the measured value of glycosylated blood glucose was(11.2±1.76)%. The fasting blood glucose level of the control group was (7.2±2.4)mmol/L,and the measured value of glycosylated blood glucose was(6.3±0.8)%. For observation group and the control group,the results were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The examination of glycosylated hemoglobin in patients with diabetes mellitus and the indicators have obvious abnormalities. These abnormalities are helpful for the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes mellitus in clinic,which has an important effect on the prognosis of patients with diabetes.%目的：分析糖化血红蛋白检验对于糖尿病患者的诊断价值以及治疗的作用。方法选取我院内科2013年2月～2016年2月收治入院的糖尿病患者25例为观察组，选取心内科同期收治的无糖尿病患者25例为对照组，分析对比两组患者的糖化血红蛋白检验结果。结果观察组的患者空腹血糖水平为（14.3±3.3）mmol/L，患者的糖化血糖蛋白测量值为（11.2±1.76）%。对照组的患者空腹血糖水平为（7.2±2.4） mmol/L，患者的糖化血糖蛋白测量值为（6.3±0.8）%。观察组与对照组进行组间比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论糖尿病患者的糖化血红蛋白检验情况以及各项指标均有异常，有利于在临床对于糖尿病患者进行诊断和治疗，改善预后。
